Aissa V. Encarnacion

Ms. Encarnacion obtained her Bachelor of Laws from the University of the Philippines, College of Law, 1992. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 1993. She is concurrently a Professorial Lecturer at the University of the Philippines, College of Business Administration.

She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Major in Finance and Marketing also from the University of the Philippines College of Business Administration.

Ms. Sibal-Pulido obtained her Bachelor of Laws from the University of the Philippines, College of Law in 1995 and ranked Top 10 of Class of 1995. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 1996. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree, Cum Laude in Communication Arts also from the University of the Philippines, College of Mass Communication, 1995.

Brigida H. Romualdez-Aquino

Ms. Romualdez-Aquino obtained her Juris Doctor from the Ateneo de Manila University, College of Law, Second Honors, 1998. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 1999. She also has a degree in Bachelor of Science, Major in Economics, University of the Philippines School of Economics, 1994.

Ms. Romualdez-Aquino specializes in civil, criminal, labor and administrative litigation. She also has experience in corporate secretarial functions and in handling documentary requirements from corporations from the Securities and Exchange Commission and Philippine Stock Exchange.

James Gerard M. Baello

Mr. Baello obtained his Bachelor of Laws from the University of the Philippines, College of Law in 2003. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2004.

Mr. Baello also holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from the University of the Philippines – Diliman, College of Social Sciences and Philosophy, where he graduated in 1999. He was a consistent University Scholar/College Scholar as a Sociology major. His senior research paper with Professor Ricardo M. Zarco entitled “The Opinions of Metro Manila's Working Class on the Appropriate Penalty for Heinous Crimes” was published in 1999 in the Philippine Sociological Review, the official journal of the Philippine Sociological Society.

Mr. Baello specializes in administrative, civil, criminal, commercial and corporate law.
